An Urban Workshop developing a mindful approach for optimal living.

Session Time Options:

10.00am – Midday or 2.30pm – 4.30pm

Content           This workshop is a way to rebalance your body & mind at this busy time of the year – it will offer you some strategies & skills for more mindful everyday living.   It comprises a specialised two-hour relaxation and yoga program to assist you in managing daily life’s “ups and downs” together with better balance. 

Topics covered will include: understanding the nervous system, the importance of Yoga breath work, calming and restorative yoga poses, relaxation, meditation and strategies for healthy living that can be used in your day-to-day life.

Facilitator                           Bernadette is a fully qualified Yoga Teacher having completed over 1000 hours of teacher training and holds an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching along with a Master’s Degree in Education. She is a registered yoga teacher and member of Australia’s peak body Yoga Australia and has a passion for supporting people to achieve health & well-being.
