Candlelight Restorative

Long-held restorative postures may allow your muscles to relax, your heart rate to lower and your nervous system to let go.  We will focus on stretching, breathing and of course relaxing!

The class alleviates soreness, heals the connective tissues in your body and gives your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection.

Slow Flow

A slower to moderate paced Vinyasa flow, this class blends precision in alignment with breath awareness and fluid movements finding a balance between strengthening and softening the body and mind.

Dru Yoga

Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent heart based yoga, which focuses on flowing movements, directed breathing, mudras (hand gestures) and visualisation. Experience the stillness, clarity and calm that arise when we connect with our inner strength and purpose.

KIDS Yoga

Kids yoga classes are a fantastic way for your child to enjoy the many benefits of yoga in a fun, creative and supportive environment. Classes are fun, energetic & challenging, yet peaceful & relaxing, inspiring the kids with lifelong essential stress management skills and mindfulness techniques. Each class incorporates yoga poses, breathing exercises, gratitude & empowerment techniques, meditation & relaxation. The practice is specifically aimed at improving a child's confidence, motor skills, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and concentration.
